			</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><B>At least 15 people have been killed and about 30 others injured in a series of bomb blasts in India's north-eastern state of Assam, police say.</B>

<FONT size="2">The first explosion took place in a crowded marketplace in the state's main capital, Guwahati, killing 13 people. 
</FONT></P><P>
<FONT size="2">Two died in the second blast, which reportedly targeted an oil installation in the outskirts. Casualties are not clear in a third incident at a temple.
