A group of  San Francisco residents called <A href="http://presidentialmemorial.wordpress.com/">The Presidential Memorial Commission of San Francisco</A> are gathering signatures for an initiative to be put on the November ballot. The group has managed to collect 8,500 signatures so far (15,000 are needed for an initiative).
