Used to have a neighbor that wore his pants like that. It was so funny to see him walking after it rained because he'd pull up his pants like he was wearing a dress when crossing the puddles.

Reminds me of back in the day when my son was 11 and he bought all his jewelry fashion statements at the hardware store. He did get over it, eventually.
