This could be very handy, though I haven't yet tried it out. My overall impression of Zoho is that they have a great, feature-rich, well thought out system, but that there are an awful lot of annoying bugs lurking just out of sight that make me reluctant to depend on them. Like their plug-in for MS Office -- it seemed to work fine, but then I discovered that it would mess up the formatting on some of my documents, and then one day it just quit working, and that's apparently the end of the story.
