Turmeric is a wonderful spice. Other benefit of using turmeric are: It is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal.
It increases heamoglabin in blood. It is anti cancer too. It does not allow blood to clog within the arteries. It is one of the best natural gifts to mankind.
There are many more benefits too. Must have it everyday in cooked food.

tumours and that people who eat lots of curry may be less prone to the

Sharon McKenna, lead author of the Irish study, said her study
suggested a potential for scientists to develop curcumin as an
anti-cancer drug to treat oesophageal cancer.

CANCER STATISTICS OF INDIA CONTRADICT THIS STUDY

India has the highest number of the oral and throat cancer cases in the world. Every third oral cancer patient in the world is from India.
