Aren't those best & brightest the same bozos who got investment banks into this nightmare?

This argument is often used by corporations, sportsmen and politicians. They never seen to use the same logic when it comes teachers, nurses etc

YEs, well if teacher's unions allowed for merit pay then I am sure that it would be available. But they don't.
