Yes I am glad that America still holds to the high ground when it comes to misdeeds and atrocities. Being able to look at 200 accidental deaths as regrettable is a good thing and should never be discouraged. On the flip side not decrying the atrocities of these other countries listed in this report is damnable if you ask me. However when we do take action against such atrocities we are then ridiculed as imposing our morality on the world. OKAY I think I can live with that ridicule if it saves lives in the process.

Oh, so I guess my clip was not fallacious, just, in your mind, irrelevant. Well, I think it is very relevant. Kirkpatrick was Reagan's ambassador to the UN and she was cozying up to some very bad people in Argentina. It is hard to believe that was a morally superior course of action on her part or that of the US.
