The way I am understanding this............. w/o help from
anyone in Congress or dear Mr. Prez.........everyone has to be on the plan............if it is going to work........
The numbers supposedly will carry it...........until the load and burden becomes the taxpayers problem.like everything else the goverment touches.!!!
