Wholeheartedly in agreement. I think the more we talk to each other, the more we realize that we may share similar feelings to the injustices,

Conversely, the more we feel helpless, the less we talk, leaving us to think there are fewer who share our feelings... and then less action takes place to solve the problem or facilitate change.

I opened my mouth at a faculty picnic the other day and shared an opinion, that I might have otherwise kept silent, for fear of offending others. But I thought, well heck, this guy asked for my opinion... well either i could "pussyfoot" around or actually say what I thought. A half an hour later, we both felt better and I think a little more empowered to c...
