I'm enough of a lightweight that I can't drink a bottle by myself, or even finish one over two days. I'm also very sensitive to the flavors of oxidation - ecch! With those factors put together, I've probably tossed out gallons of slightly oxidized leftover wine over the years... Gotta find a better way to deal with it.
