I say make the judges and the jury wear comparable boobs, 24/7, for about a week.... and then have them decide. With sore backs, aching shoulders from very wide bra straps and the inability to sleep comfortably, they will gladly change their minds.

Having suffered from lymphedema and gout, I know well the discomfort of having to deal with disproportioned parts. My point in clipping this is that I agree with the plaintiff and her doctors - if pain or discomfort is a real problem and a medical solution is recommended, the insurer should not dismiss it out of hand.
