All these late night infomercials are just getting worse. The Russ Dalbey infomercial has been around for a while and they make you think making money with all these real estate programs seem so easy. Truth is, just like any other money making technique its much more complicated than that.

Adding to the fact that you're probably not going to be happy with the program is what goes on behind the scenes. Overcharging people's credit cards, suckering customers into $5000 "VIP" programs and downright shady business practices are all too real and you should definitely be careful.
