Lost in the horse race noise is the story of the Senate yet again capitulating to the desires of the Bush administration. Wiretapping laws expanded, civil liberties and privacy shrinking, and Obama and Clinton didn't have the balls to vote. Great.

How could they NOT vote on that?!? What are Clinton and Obama afraid of, losing the support of their base? I mean, please! I think it is safe to say that their voters EXPECT them to protect our civil liberties and roll back the domestic spy powers of the Bush era.

It's certainly what I expect!
