Even I'll admit American beer blows compared to European beer. Sure Shiner Bock and Zeigenbock are "ok"... but Guinness they aint.

Plus, I do feel it is a tad arrogant for the US to monopolize such a high-profile aspect of a mostly non-US sporting event of world wide importance.

American Corporate beer blows. American micro beers rule.

I'll agree that American micro beers are better (by a long shot) than American corporate beers. But Europe has been doing it longer and stronger than 90% of American micro-brew brewmeisters.

Plus, I have yet to find even ONE beer (of the same type) that comes close to Guinness. And I've searched... oh how I've searched.

i hate american beer, Bud Lite tasts like urine (yeah i know what it tastes like) even when its cold. Plus it makes me feel like crap the next day (moreso than other beer). Right now, out of comfort zone reasons, i stick to Carona Light. I've had Killians (spelling maybe wrong) and it may be better, but i've not had it enough to say. I'm newb...
