I know a girl who is terrified of clowns. Can't even see a photo of one. I think she may have been scared by one when she was a baby.

I dressed up as a clown for a Halloween party several years ago. The children in the house ran from me! I couldn't believe it. I never dreamed I'd get that reaction. I thought it'd be fun. Unfortunately, I couldn't change my clothes, so it was a miserable experience for all, until I finally had to leave. I felt so bad for the kids! I'd still like to know why some kids are so terrified of them.

I suffer from Ranidaphobia- Fear of frogs and hydrophobia but it is not all water, it's limited to water that I cannot see through such as lakes or oceans.
It's sad really. But at least the phobias I have don't affect my everyday life.
