Give me a break! Don't go to Yankee Stadium towards the end of the season in the heat of a pennant race, especially when the two teams are playing each other. This is one more reason why I can't stand Boston!

But he says the fans "viciously attacked and physically assaulted" him when he went to a concession stand.</P><P>According to the lawsuit, Hillios suffered serious injuries.
