I believe it is my husband's most favorite food....and smell. It's right up there with his coffee. My grandson asks for it every single morning he's here...and more than 2 strips.

Wrap it around chicken livers and grill them. I just saw a recipe for wrapping it around shrimp and grilling them. YUM! I use it to cook beans, peas, cabbage, greens. I put it in hoecake. Now I see where they put strips of it across chicken breasts and broil.
