Palin is just going to have to get used to it because it will happen a lot more; and I think Fey does an excellent impression of Palin. Brilliant, I love that...the skit was HILARIOUS Sarah may be able to dodge her press corps but Tina doesn't need access to do her best. Let's hope Tina enjoys the work and does a lot more skits as Sarah. If Sarah had any brains she'd know that the way to defuse it is to embrace it, but I don't think she has the panache to pull that off. GO TINA!!! Sounds more and more like Cheney. No wonder the the far right loves her. What's really interesting is that some of Fey's lines were taken word-for-word from the Palin-Couric interview. When something like that is going on, and I realize that there are people actually taking this instant politician seriously, I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Of course one benefit of a McCain-Palin residency in the white house if four years of Fey's sharp satire. Let's hope Tina enjoys the work and does a lot more skits as Sarah. From what I understand, Tina Fey doesn't support Palin, so this would be a golden opportunity to skewer the image. |
