No. Totally different from aloe.

This is a phonepic and not the best quality. If you look closely, though, you'll see that it has leaves.

The smaller plant is unusual too.

No, not Jade Mr Whisperer, not even a succulent.
Both plants have leaves--unusual leaves--but leaves.

I was only thinking a jade, as it looks in the picture to have thick or rounded leaves...

It also looks like there are 2 seperate palnts in there.. :|

stumped.... ...I would have definately thought a succulent of some sort.

I wish I'd had my camera. Because of the low quality of the image it's hard to discern the leaves without viewing it full size.

The plant is in a parking lot and no one would miss it, but it's growing out of a crack and is bound up by concrete and asphalt. I'm just going to go back and cut a piece and take it to a nursery for ID. I really want to add one of those to my collection.

Godfrey, did you ever figure out what the plant is called?

Been really busy and the couple of times I've gone by there I've forgotten to stop. Thanks for the reminder.
