propriedade do municipio e abrange também a propaganda eleitoral. O projeto é
de autoria conjunta dos vereadores Margarete Moraes, do PT, e Haroldo de Souza,
do PMDB. Há excessoes - eventos e campanhas de assistência social, de saude,
