It's hard to believe it hasn't been manipulated digitally, although it is pretty amazing regardless.

Photographer says the only manipulation is levels with PS. You can tell because of the super saturation of the sky at the horizon...

This isn't shopped at all, other than a possible saturation increase. This group of trees lies 2km north of a small town called San Quirico.....the clump of trees is just as it looks in the picture.....it changes it's look and feel as the sun direction changes and the seasons change also.
