My point was these guys have outlawed smoking in every federal building for over 10 years. I guess they are above the laws they set for the rest of us.

They can still smoke in their offices though. The reality of this is they could easily set up areas with air filtration units which would probably make them less polluted than the outside air. But that's too much thinking compared to saying "I don't smoke, so YOU can't smoke. Why aren't you thanking me?"
