Roll into a tube using grease proof paper and chill in the fridge. You could freeze the dough at this stage too. Then slice of rounds about 1/2in thick. They do spread so allow room on the tray. Bake at 170 degrees C for about 10-12 mins. They will spread out and look crackled on the top, but still soft.
