Wages can be garnished. The phrase: "the IRS garnished his earnings," is actually in my dictionary as an example of what "garnish,' means.

Because he is the one who has made himself a target by flapping his gums in a very public way at a time when comments such as his draw commentary such as mine. Obama is playing his hand quite well. I also think his word can be trusted; but he has the good sense not to let others slant his words or use his words against him.

He's released all info required by law. Any idea that he has to release more is moot, and a ploy he's not falling for.
