I do however, believe that rape is cruel and barbaric and we take on some of the responsibility for allowing it to continue. What ever happened to the idea of no “Cruel or Unusual Punishment”? You might be inclined to be unsympathetic of prisoners plight because after all they broke the law and deserve to be where they are, but do they really deserve to have this form of torture brought down on them? |
