Let's not forget WHY this continent has limited resources now. Africa was (and probably still is) the richest continent in terms of having the most natural resources. That European nations came and colonized the countries and started taking control over the distribution of the resources is the cause of what we're seeing over there today. Natives of the continent should have control over how, and to whom, the resources are distributed.
