美国通用电气（GE）的塑料部门，面向利用该公司支援服务“Signature Surfaces”的车灯设计人员开设了Web工具网站“Lite Design”。通过使用该网站，设计人员便可对热、外观、成本及干扰等在选材时作为适用标准的要素进行快速评测。

　　（5）可对反射镜的设计进行支援。能够计算导向螺丝（Aiming Screw，用于沿左右方向调节反射镜）及其螺栓在曲线运动时的相互干扰。通过将干扰降至最小限，便可减少应力及光束模式（Beam Pattern）的影响。（6）可根据反射镜的形状和灯泡的瓦数推算反射镜的热点（Hot Spot）。（7）可以决定满足指定流动长度所需要的最大射出压力，从而使部件的成形更轻松。
