Cenlar NIGHTMARE!! My mortgage was switched to Cenlar after TBW bit the dust. Since Cenlar took over mortgage I have spent a total of 6 hours and 12 minutes on hold. I requested to receive a mortgage verification letter on 10/16/09 and told it would be faxed in 24 hours...after 4 additional requests I am still waiting, today is 10/26/09. I received notification on 10/15/09 from the County Treasurers office that my taxes were never paid, however my mortage account shows that the funds were deducted from my account 2 months ago. On 10/16/09 I inquired with Cenlar regarding payment for the taxes and wa assured it would be set as a priority and paid...nothing has been completed as of today....
