BobbyRutan says: More: Representative John Kline, a Minnesota Republican and retired Marine colonel, said he was “doubly, triply, quadruply appalled” at the “clear breakdown in leadership” that allowed some Army contracting officers to corrupt the procurement system. He said it was inexcusable that it took so long for the Army to put adequate checks in place. Wait, don't the Republicans tell us everything is so swell in Iraq and we can never be mislead by anyone from the Pentagon? Your clips are excellent Bobby. Ugh! John Kline is my representative as it happens. I'm glad he is tackling this issue, but otherwise he is a lame Congressman. He never responds to letters I send. He held an awful town meeting after much public outcry to discuss Iraq and where Kline's people appeared to rely on "plants" to ask questions unrelated to the war. More shades of U. Grant's weak and corrupt government. He never responds to letters I send.Perhaps he thinks you have a screw loose. Maybe he's just a lazy schmuck who feels intellectually and emotionally threatened. maybe. Bring a couple of thousand dollars and he will listen to you real quick. |
