Lie on your back on a flat surface with your knees bent and your feet flat on the mat, a hip width apart. Your shoulders, neck and jaw should be relaxed and comfortable. As you exhale, move your hips upwards toward the ceiling. Allow your spine to follow the articulation. Focus on the articulation and the alignment of the hips.
