My current list includes

All-in-one Sidebar - puts all your bookmarks,history, add-ons, downloads, extensions and info about the current website you are on at your fingertips in an easy to use toggleable (f4) sidebar.

Better Privacy - destroy those so called immortal flash cookies that other cookie killers just can reach.

Blocksite - don't like a certain site? or sick of a persistent pop up? get the address and block it.

Inline Translator - Very unique translator for any and all language simply select the text you want translated by doing so as if you mean to copy it et voilà it is auto translated there and then. without the need know what language you are looking at.

Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant - a sometimes necessary evil.

Quick Restart - adds a funky little button to your browser to enable easy shutdown and restart of yur browser. eg. if you added something to it.

Scribefire - Another invaluable tool, this time for bloggers, by pressing F8 it brings up a text screen that can be toggled to allow quick taking of note and or write blogs on something you have seen and post it direct to your blog without having to go there.

ShowIP - shows you the IP address of the site you are visiting in the bottom right of your browser (status bar) so you see if they are who they say they are and who is hosting that site if it is hosted.

User Agent Switcher - rarely used but cool none the less.

It is a very good and simple search engine that does not filter your results or violate your privacy, by logging everything you do.

Also somehow google are able to block sites even if you didn't search for it using google.... WTF?

If you look into googles practices (or bing for that matter either) you will likely be horrified.
