Although Maryland and Pennsylvania are neighbours, their politicians seem to have very different views on same-sex marriage and civil-unions.

I don't really believe that the folks in Pennsylvania and Maryland are all that different, especially considering the fact that 57% of Pennsylvania Conservatives support civil unions. It just seems that there are still too many Republican/Conservative politicians who have yet to get the message that their mean-spiritedness is no longer appreciated by their constituents.
