A second source said that the former president has kept his distance
because he still does not believe Mr Obama can win the election.

This is quite a statement considering how politically astute Mr. Clinton is.

Not astute enough apparently, since he couldn't deliver his 'astuteness' for Hillary. I'm sure on the surface they'll kiss and make up. Tens of millions of dollars tend to soften one's clarity, especially when one's as decent & honest as Mr. Clinton.
