Here is a tip for getting content OUT of a PDF. Mind you sometimes the PDFs are protected, but usually you can grab most items from the PDF.

1. Open Adobe Photoshop.
2. Open the PDF file from the File > Open menu
3. It will then open a window showing you previews of the PDF. Just hit the drop-down and change it from "Page" to Image" and snag whichever hi-res image you want right out of the PDF. Works like a charm, unless the creator was savvy enough to protect the document. This is perfect for grabbing Vector versions of company logos or other print ready imagery. Enjoy.

Thanks a million. But I don't like PDF. Instead of downloading a PDF-file, I try to convert it to a HTML-file using the Firefox add-on PDF Download:
Allows to choose if you want to view a PDF file inside the browser (as PDF or HTML), if you want to view it outside Firefox with your default or custom PDF reader, or if you want to download it!
PDF Download solves the problems everyone has about handling PDF files with Firefox. This extension, every time you click on a link, checks if the target is a pdf file and in this case let you choose what you want to do (open pdf file inside or outside Firefox, download it to the filesystem or view it as HTML).
PDF Download is not a PDF plug...
