- 1/2 spaanse peper zonder zaadjes

Snij de tonijn in 6 mooie dunne plakjes van een halve centimeter. Leg de plakjes tussen folie en plet ze met de pan flinterdun. Roer de geprakte avocado met de blokjes komkommer, zout, peper, citroensap en creme fraiche door elkaar. Leg een plakje tonijn op een  stuk folie en scherp hierop een lepeltje avocado mengsel. Draai met behulp van het plastic de tonijn tot een mooie, gevulde bonbon. Leg het voor de stevigheid een halfuurtje in de koelkast.
