Add garlic and onions.</DIV><BR /><DIV>Once onions have softened, add pork and season to taste; stir.</DIV><BR /><DIV>Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, water and potatoes; stir. Allow pork to cook in this sauce for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.</DIV><BR /><DIV>Add beans, peas, carrots and raisins; stir.
