It is just periodical process that has nothing to do with global warming like global warming (not sure if it global) has nothing to do with anthropogenic CO2.

Amgumen would certainly know better than I would, but it is my understanding it is a requirement that tropospoheric temperature precede global surface temperatures during a run-awy green-house effect. The fact this has not happened is very strong evidence that the currect warming trend of .7 in the past 100 years degrees is most certainly not due to anthropogenic causes.

But in case of the stratosphere it is not clear. One cannot find intelligible answer because there is no science on thermodinamics of the atmosphere at all. One can find speculations among alarmists on the role of ozone depletion in stratosheric cooling. But human-made ozone depletion is the same hoax as global warming is. They got ozone distruction by CFC in a lab tube ignoring real gechemistry of the atmosphere. They adjusted their so-called theory all along, but it never worked at all. It never explained or predicted anything. There was need for this pseudoscience just to promote Montreal protocols.
