Pakistan is buying 3 subs from Germany and India is getting this nuke boat and another sub by the end of the year from Russia. Pakistan is paying Billions for subs while asking the U.S. for billions in aid....dammit it is hard to keep up...Then we cut our F22 program to give billions of dollars to Pakistan for a U Boat
