Our last election had computers as an issue. The winning party promised a lap top for every pupil at high school. They forgot the logistics ( probably just ignored them) and nothing has happened. We have computers at all levels.
Fits with the policy that education should perpetuate the classes (socio economic, not groups of learners

)
