Looking at the pictures, and their clarity, and the way they show the personalities of the animals, made me think of the amount of time that would have been spent waiting for the right shot to turn up, then catching it when it did. Pictures that show the animals in their own world. Behaving naturally, rather than as a reaction to the appearance of people.
