En synthèse, le calcul de la mémoire utilisée sous PHP 5.2 est réalisé plus finement qu'avec les anciennes versions de PHP, ce qui a pour conséquence d'augmenter la consommation de mémoire des scripts PHP. Pour compenser ce changement la valeur par défaut du php.ini est passé à 16 M, or OVH n'a pas répercuté ces changements dans leur configuration (php_info() en témoigne).
