Indeed it appears to be so. Have you scanned around for accuracy? (I mean, I don't expect perfect accuracy -- they're dealing the whole world for 100 years and that's big -- I'm just wondering if there are a whole bunch of glaring errors or an extreme (and distasteful) bias).
