It turned out fantastic! I can imagine all kinds of great combinations for this. Strawberry lemonade granita would be great. I recommend this highly. It was pretty easy to make, but I had to use the food processor. The blender couldn't handle the pineapple. Be sure to taste the mixture before freezing it so you can adjust if needed. After the first hour in the freezer it looked kind of soupy and foamy. I was skeptical, but hang in there, as it turns out to look like the photo in the clip eventually. I served it to 5 other people and they all agreed it was tasty. Did you put any vodka in it? Tanya, I did not. While I think it would taste good, I wonder if it would screw up the freezing process. Anyone know? |
