I'm dissapointed that the source didn't print or give a link to the entire list. It would be interesting to see, but they only mentioned five countries. If anybody finds it, please post a link here.

Thanks, tabsey. Sometimes these news sites just don't get it. I heard that Wisconsin had a deadline for signing up for the state's "Do Not Call" list (where you can register your phone to be off telemarketers' lists). I did a search, and out of seventeen news (TV, radio and newspaper) sites in Wisconsin, all mentioned signing up over the web but only one gave the link.
