In a effort to combat Barrack Obama's explicit (http://obama.senate.gov/podcast/060608-network_neutral/) support for network neutrality laws the Chamber of Commerce has come out with a study that makes the claim that the Internet has been able to grow because of a lack of network neutrality laws. I am looking forward to reading the study.
