The other bedroom is occupied by a responsible, young, professional female. I work at the NIH and have found this to be a great apartment- really convenient and a nice, quiet location. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trade Joe's) within walking distance so you don't really need a car to get around - perfect for an incoming IRTA!
