Verwarm de woken verhit de helft van de olie.Voeg de garnalen toe en bak ze een paar minuten terwijl u blijft roeren. Schep de garnalen uit de wok. Maak de wok schoon en verwarm hem opnieuw. Voeg de rest van de olie, ham , doperwten ei en garnalen toe en roerbak het geheel 1 minuut.
Doe de tauge, rijst, lente ui en ketjap en rijstwijn erbij.
Roer het geheel enkele minuten tot de rijst goed is doorgewarmd.
