Now this is going overboard. Pressing charges against someone who helped out after 9-11 because they went to Cuba to seek better health care treatment. If our health care system actually worked well, he would not have to go to Cuba. I think the government is somehow going after the documentary "Sicko" by this move.

This is a "scare" tactic that those in power use frequently. You see if often, on a lower scale in some policemen -- they threaten people with arrest over minor things. But on the larger scale -- in Michael Moore's case, the government will lose even more points if they arrest 9/11 heroes for seeking health care.

The REAL Napster
Michael Moore and his 'subjects' knew exactly what was at stake before they went to Cuba. Travel to countries on the 'travel/business prohibited state list are very well known.

If these 9/11 folks did truly not know, then Moore is guilty of not informing them.

These people traveled to Cuba to receive 'better' health care' or 'Free health care'? They are not the same. As far as people saying the U.S. health care system is so bad then why do thousands of foreign nationals come to the U.S. for health care? If it were so bad you'd think they would all go to Canada, France or *gasp* even Cuba.

I don't blame you..I'm embarrassed for this country right now. The Bush Administration is SHAMEFUL. As for Michael Moore being to blame for Maher going to Cuba-that's ridiculous. I don't blame Anybody but the American Healthcare System for people being so desperate for affordable healthcare that they would go to Cuba for it. Don't Shoot The Messenger! That's what Michael Moore is and God Bless him for it!!
