Doesn't look like it...
(It will lay nicely on standard double with no tuck under for quick and easy removal)
A King size version would certainly be a great workout.

I find this whole thing a little disturbing. Those butt-prints look like amoebas. And the colors are like what you'd use to decorate a toddler's room.
