So, if mankind is essentially unchanged for this short blip of historical time, how the heck did those dinosaurs change so quickly into the critters we know today? *sigh*

I'd like to know how they propose that Noah got two of each kind of the 100s of known dinosaur species to fit onto the ark.
I used to have a fundamentalist Christian house keeper who interpreted the bible literally, word for word. Her pastor told her that carbon-dating was a trick of 'the enemy'. I guess she meant Satan. I never asked her ythe question about the dinosaurs and the ark. Wish I'd thought of it.

Before the flood there were only a few "kinds" of animals. After the flood, evolution really took off.

Oh. So God created new species of dinosaurs after the flood? I suppose the really big ones didn't evolve til after the flood? That's how Noah managed to fit them all onto the ark. I get it now. So, the huge asteroid never existed that made the immense crater in the gulf of Mexico, or it did, but it only killed off every dinosaur and not the people?

Maybe my maid was right! I'm now convinced that the earth is only 6000 years old and that Satan is tricking everyone by planting fossils that carbon date to be millions of years old. It's all becoming clear...
